How Kinesiology Taping can Help Badminton Injuries
Previously in International Badminton magazine, we discussed the role of Kinesiology Taping in badminton, and it’s recent rise in popularity appearing at all major tournaments and adorning some of the best players.
In part two of this article we’re going to focus on common sporting injuries within badminton: shoulder impingement syndrome and tennis elbow, and how you can apply Kinesiology tape to help rehabilitate injuries, keeping you playing stronger for longer.
