Thank you for your brilliant and inspirational courses. The Bodymaster Method Diploma has been a fantastic learning experience, something that I have also very much enjoyed undertaking. The books have helped reinforce the practical sessions really well and are an excellent resource to have at hand. I just don’t know how you found the time to not only research the various topics in such depth, but write in such a way as to make the subject matter enjoyable to read. Your analogies are also fun and easier to understand than many.
